For convenience, please read the guidelines below and the Lesson FAQ before you sign up for lessons.

What you need to do

  • Submit your information in the corresponding text boxes at the bottom of this page.

Important Info.

  • Lessons times are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • An open slot in the schedule with no name means it is available, however, it may still be taken if someone submitted the form before I had time to update the schedule. If this is the case, I will contact you as soon as possible to see if the time may be rescheduled.

*Cancellation Policy*

  • Lessons must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the starting time of the lesson.

  • Students that cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $20.00 late cancellation fee.

  • Students who do not show up at the time they were scheduled, and never give any cancellation notice, will be subject to a $20.00 late cancellation fee and a $20.00 no-show fee.

  • A billing statement will be sent via e-mail for any of the above fees.

  • No lessons will be given until fees are paid.
